Sorosis Society photograph collection 1899-1933

Thirty-two black & white photographs documenting this USU sorority from the 1890s to the 1930s. The images include formal portraits, informal group shots, views of the interior and exterior of the sorority house, and snapshots of sorority activities. Most are silver gelatin developing-out papers with the exception of 1:07:01, which is a collodion or gelatin printing-out paper. They range in size from the smallest snapshot (5 cm. x 7 cm.) to oversize prints (30 cm. x 35 cm.). Some of the images were apparently removed from a scrapbook.
